Sponsorship

The Club's main sponsor is the Personal Lines division of Royal and Sun Alliance at Werneth House, Manchester Road, Oldham.

The Club is always on the 'look-out' for other sponsors to help offset the ever increasing costs of running a cricket club and to help ensure all local youngsters are given a real sporting chance to take part in and enjoy cricket. Cricket is an expensive game to run and the club very much welcomes any support it receives from individuals or local businesses.

There is a wide range of sponsoring opportunities available and the main examples are:

●Match programme advertising, on fixture cards, lists or tickets for club events etc.

●Sponsorship of individual player, e.g. professional/overseas/promising youngster etc.

●Sponsorship of performance/kit/players' sweaters or shirts.

●Hire of Club ground and facilities for corporate hospitality and entertainment.

●Use of clubhouse facilities for business/social events.

●Sponsorship of matches - individual games/umpires/match balls

●Youth developments - sponsorship of kit and equipment individual matches, prizes etc.

●Perimeter grounds advertising boards

●Sportsman's Dinner - programme advertisement/sponsor of speaker or prizes for the event

●Landscaping and environmental improvements on the ground e.g. sponsor a bench, seat, hanging basket, or a planter bed.
